Extension
The Extension & Refurbishment of barn conversion in established woodland on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.
An extensive design scheme including a two-storey extension to facilitate a double-height lounge with a free-standing fireplace and panoramic views of the surrounding woodland as well as a single-storey extension to create a children’s playroom, raising the roof height of the existing kitchen, new balcony, internal renovations and extensive landscaping.
With the project spanning a number of years we were able to form a strong relationship with the Client, and seeing how they used their home and what design styles they enjoyed, we were able to design a scheme that met their needs & personalities perfectly.
