A traditional Loft Conversion to a semi-detached family home on Leybourne Chase utilising permitted development rights.
A perfect example of a typical loft conversion that we are often approached to design, creating an additional bedroom & en-suite taking advantage of permitted development rights where possible. Special care was taken to avoid disrupting the arrangement of the floor below as a result of the additional staircase whilst also looking to maximise the floor space above to provide an additional bedroom adding value to the house.
Each Local Authority has different restrictions on permitted development so always consult an Architect if you are uncertain.
