Without wanting to lose too much space from the garden, we had 8 sqm to create a contemporary in-fill extension to form an open-plan kitchen/dining space with a greater connection to the garden whilst also converting the loft to add a third bedroom.

Through a considered approach, we were able to create a design that met each of these points delivering an impact far greater than its size.
