We are glad to say today we obtained planning permission for another of our clients on a tricky site in Allhallows!
The client came to us looking to create an additional house on the site increasing their investment whilst still being able to live there. Understanding that 'backland development' can be notoriously difficult to gain planning for, it was vital that a comprehensive and considered proposal be put forward that enhanced the local area.
